Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount

We restock best seller items frequently. Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired item. You can be notified by email by clicking the “NOTIFY ME” button. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email.

Orders will be processed within 48 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays). Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Our items sell out very fast due to high demand. On rare occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are very unlikely. However, if an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

We know how it feels to fall in love with a piece to find out it's sold out later! Don't stress; we have you covered! Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you. Please review your shipping address when placing your order. We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. Fanci Freespirit is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.

Gift Cards

Of course, we do! Shop our Fanci Freespirit E-gift Card options here. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient. Fanci Freespirit E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire. Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
