Returns & Exchanges

 

What is your return policy?

We Hope you LOVE everything you have purchased but we do understand that there are times that you may need to return or exchange an item. Please refer to our policy below. 

RETURNS: 

★ Returned items will be accepted for an exchange (IF AVAILABLE) or store credit only via a Fanci Freespirit E-Gift Card. We do not refund the original payment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. Our policy lasts 14 days. If you contact us outside of the 14 day window of receiving the item when it was delivered, your item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement and we will not issue store credit.   

★ Eligible items may be returned for store credit only via a Fanci Freespirit E-Gift Card. Store credit never expires.

★ All items returned/exchanged must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in the same new condition that you received it & free of any signs of wear or use. This includes any stains, pet hairs, smells & defects.  It must be sent back in the original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box purchased online that shipped to a U.S address for a store credit (Fanci Freespirit E-Gift Card) minus $8 USD shipping fee -  within 14 days from the date of delivery. If approved, we will contact you with a store credit code, which does not expire. 

★ Returns are not possible for “Final sale”,  “Made to order”, Upcycled LV and GG  jewelry, any Upcycled LV and GG items or items purchased from "Live Sales." Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes items ordered using ANY discount code.

★ Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Personalized 
  • All custom items such as any upcycled LV and GG items
  • Items purchased from Live Sales - They are deeply discounted. 
  • Items ordered using ANY discount code: This includes items marked "SALE", "FINAL SALE" or "GONE FOR GOOD"
  • Hair Accessories
  • Mystery Bags
  • Gift Cards
  • Free or Promotional (gift with purchase)

 Although we try to accurately photograph each item, items may slightly vary in color due to lighting, various device screens & resolutions. Items with a slight variance will not be considered for a return. 

★ Exchanges can only be offered if the item is still in stock, otherwise it will be credited via a Fanci FreeSpirit E-Gift Card. 

 

 CANCELLATIONS:

★ Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

 

 

What if I receive an item that is damaged?

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • ★ Please contact us CustomerCare@FanciFreespirit.com as soon as possible so we can assist you. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the box & item with your email to begin your claim. Any damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of delivery.   If you contact us outside of the 2 day window of receiving the item, your item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement and we will not issue store credit. 
  • ★ A return label will be provided by a customer care member in the event of a damaged or defective item. This label will expire within 5 days & claim will be voided upon expiration. 
  • ★ We are not responsible for damages to jewelry caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • ★ The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Jewelry patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size (if still available). Please contact Customer Care  FIRST by sending an email to CustomerCare@FanciFreespirit.com - we will ask you to take a picture of what you have received (box and item for verification purposes). 

PLEASE NOTE: Your store credit will include the cost for the item(s) only. Not original shipping fees. 

We do not offer free returns at this time, thus return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on orders that are:

  • Refused by the customer at delivery or
  • Returned due to an undeliverable address

 

THIRD PARTY INSTALLMENTS
★ The customer is responsible for paying out the installment plan balance even when store credit or an E-Gift card is applied to the customer's account. We do not offer reimbursements to the original payment method. (ie: Sezzle, ShopPay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm)

 

How Do I Handle a Return?

Ship Your Return

To return jewelry item(s);

Enter your order number and email CustomerCare@FanciFreeSpirit.com

  • For our USA customers, a return shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of submitting your return (excluding weekends and public holidays). For our international customers, please contact us at CustomerCare@FanciFreeSpirit.com to confirm the return shipping address and items to be returned. You will also need to arrange your own method of shipping for returning your order.
  • The cost of return shipping, $8 USD for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Fanci Freespirit E-Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by Fanci Freespirit.  
  • To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned.  
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, 
    we will refund the purchase amount to a Fanci Freespirit E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

     If you have not received your return shipping label, and it is now 24 hours since you originally applied for your return (excluding weekends), please email us at CustomerCare@FanciFreespirit.com We do also suggest taking a peek at your filtered emails in case your email service has moved your return shipping label there.

 

 

Can I Use My Own Shipping Label?

We recommend using a Fanci FreeSpirit shipping label to return your items back to us. Once your return is submitted, we will email you a return shipping label. If you haven’t received your label within 24 hours of submitting your return, please send us an email at CustomerCare@FanciFreeSpirit.com so that we can chase this up for you.
